Our assessors use verified, reliable and independent testing tools. They are responsible for carrying out all assessments within Heiwegen Consultancy and for reporting on them. At the moment we are using Talent Q (Dimensions and Elements) from Korn Ferry (formerly Hay).
Our Office Management team is the central hub of the organisation. They take care of communication between clients, candidates and Heiwegen Consultancy. They supervise candidates during the test section of an assessment.
