Area of responsibility & scope:

Represent & sell services:

  • Design
    • Design proposals focused on transportation design
  • Design Support
    • Support of each stage of design development from sketch up to full size physical prototype. Includes activities such as CA-Styling, 2D/3D Visualization, Generative design, CA-Engineering
  • Prototyping
    • Creating full size physical models for different purpose, from design models up to functional prototypes
  • Creation VR&AR apps
    • Creation of VR&AR apps, simulation of processes/products
  • Additive manufacturing
    • Development and production of bespoke plastic pieces 
    • Finishing, painting + measuring and reassessing shapes

The target segments are primarily:

  • Automotive manufacturers both established and newcomers
  • Independent design studios
  • Machinery manufacturers, both construction and agro (tractors, bulldozers, cranes, …)
  • Manufacturers of public transport machines ( buses, trains, trams…)
  • Yacht and other ship builders

Secondarily

  • Airplane brands
  • Motorcycle brands
  • Accessories producers
  • Caravan brands
  • etc.

On a European market with focus on Germany

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate on creation of Sales strategy for the country/market
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media over top executives within target companies
  • Work out leads created by cold calling or other leads generating tools
  • Set up meetings with potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Organize internal sales support
  • Task internal sales support with requirements for preparing quotations
  • Organise site visits and demonstrations for the clients
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English, German is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Technical or economical background
  • Preferably Masters degree
